We are pleased to announce that the 2024 Working-Level Officials Meeting (WLOM) will be held from January 30 to January 31, 2024. 

Non-member cities who are interested in our activities can attend the meeting as an observer. For more information about the meeting, please click here.

If your city would like to observe the meeting, please submit the Registration Form to the Secretariat by Friday, December 22.
