Non-member municipalities who are interested in our activities can participate in the conference virtually (on ZOOM) as observers. (There is no opportunity to speak.) 

If your municipality would like to join the conference, please submit the Reply Form to the Secretariat by Friday, December 6. (ZOOM URL and other information will be sent to the registered municipalities by e-mail at a later date)

Simultaneous interpretation in English and Japanese will be provided for online observers.
