WWCAM Campaign

WWCAM Electricity-Saving Campaign

The World Winter Cities Association for Mayors (WWCAM) is a network of winter cities around the world that provides members with opportunities to meet and learn from each other about winter technologies and experiences under the slogan “Winter is a resource and an asset.”

In recent years, global climate change has become one of the most urgent issues facing mankind, and our far-north member cities see its effects first-hand.

Therefore, our association encourages citizens of member cities to save electricity through WWCAM’s Electricity-Saving Campaign, which by saving energy, saves our planet.
