Working-Level Officials Meeting (WLOM)

 

The working-level officials of member cities gather once every 2 years to review discussion themes of the next Mayors Conference, and discuss various issues; including the management of the association. In principle, the conference was to be held every two years in the secretariat city (Sapporo), but at the 18th Mayors Conference held in Shenyang, China in 2018, the charter was amended to allow the conference to be held in a city other than the secretariat.
